Poe2db Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the poe2db platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or accessing any part of the poe2db platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and poe2db as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on poe2db. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information upon registration, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. poe2db will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use of automated software, bots, or other methods to manipulate gameplay
- Attempts to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems
- Identity fraud or using another person's personal information
- Any conduct intended to defraud the platform or other users
- Opening an account on behalf of a third party or company without written authorisation
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Official Currency
All transactions on the poe2db platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, and local e-wallet options listed in your account portal.
Deposit Requirements
All deposits must be made using a bank account or payment method registered in the same name as the poe2db account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted. poe2db reserves the right to hold or decline any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorised or illegitimate source.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our established verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. poe2db reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Funds will only be transferred to an account held in the same name as the registered user.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Poe2db provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, poe2db will not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform, including technical disruptions or issues with your internet connection.
Account Suspension and Closure
Poe2db reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate gameplay, or conduct that violates applicable laws in Malaysia. In cases of suspension due to a terms breach, account balances may be held pending resolution. Users who wish to dispute a suspension decision may contact our support team to request a review.
Intellectual Property
All content on the poe2db platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of poe2db and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from poe2db.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
